We are mandated to a few mines ready willing to supply Coking coal, Anthracite, Chrome, A-grade coal B-grade coal.

Procedures (not negotiable):

1.Buyer issues ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order - Appendix A) with full banking details and permission for SP (Soft Probe) addressed to Legend Beach c/o Ivette Gouws.

2.The seller will send a DC (Draft Contract) directly to the seller.

3.Buyer sends the draft of agreed financial instrument to be accepted and confirmed by Seller's Bank.

4.Buyer and seller exchange and complete the DC at a TTM (Table Top Meeting) at the mine / head office in South Africa. Once finalized, the contract is notarised, redistributed and lodged at the respective banks. Proof of Product mine visit is included here.

5.Within 7 (seven) banking days after the signature of the Contract, the Buyer issues to the Seller the financial instrument as mutually agreed.

6.Shipment/s commence according to the delivery schedule agreed in the contract.
