Metawell GmbH, based in Neuburg/Donau in Southern Germany, produces aluminum sandwich panels (Metawell®, Metawell® Aluflex, MetaCore® and Metawall®) and distributes them worldwide.The modern high-performance machinery in combination with a highly motivated team of designers and engineers allows to offer consequentlight design constructions. A comprehensvie prefabrication of the panels, calculations and engineering are part of the service as well as, e. g. the advice regarding suitable connection and manufacturing techniques. Metawell® aluminium sandwich panels (material thickness 5-22mm) are produced from coils in a continuous manufacturing process. The corematerial is a high-grade corrugated thin aluminium sheet.The aluminium sheets are treated with a special surface coating, which guarantees a durable adhesive compound and an excellent corrosionprotection. Due to this structure a light, extremely rigid and corrosion-resistant panel is formed, which allows significant weight savings.
