The 49th is a small company, but have clocked-in over 22 years of genuine experience that up until five years ago was being employed at just the kind of large bully-boy agencies most companies would love to brag about working with if the budget allowed it.

In order to fulfil a design project the 49th won’t employ any account directors, account managers, creative directors, production managers, proof readers, art-workers, an HR team, receptionist, van driver or car park attendant. We understand the reasons that these jobs exist (we have been in many of these roles), but honestly feel that being able to offer a service where the buck stops after one phone call or a single email will be a huge advantage to many potential clients. Working with the 49th will mean liaising with the creatives personally, from brief through to delivery resulting in a clear goal being maintained throughout. We hope this unique approach will enable clients to avoid the expensive and time consuming creative filter which can bloat projects via conventional agency set-ups.
