Manual or machine actuated versions are available. Lightweight aluminium bodied tooling can be supplied. Used typically for fine turn, grind, gear grind, broaching, honing, shaving and inspection operations. Mechanical Collet Pull Back Action, arbors and chucks produce maximum rigidity and allow increased component loading clearance. Suitable for plain and spline component parts including short location lengths. Interchangeable collets can be supplied. Hand, spring, machine drawbar, air or hydraulic actuation can be incorporated.
