How long is the delivery date for spares?

We have all easily consumable spares in stock, for critical parts such as cyliner liner, cylinder cover etc., we have made stock for cooperating clients, for new clients, delivery time will be 7-10 working days.For big parts such as piston rod, crosshead,crankshaft etc., the delivery time will be 6months.

How to deliver?

As a marine spares suppliers, we have own shipping forwarder to manage all three different transportation ways: COURIER,BY AIR, BY SEA. Will deliver as clients requires.

How do we treat claim? How do we aviod claim?

There is a chance for claim to happen when there is asymmetric information.As we promise, we will absorb full spares cost & delivery charge if we have full responsibility for claim. To aviod claim happen, we record clients vessel informations include engine details,machine type and purchased items details in our system.
