AMG Corporation is the worldwide representative of the Gasohol International Technology. We establish this relationship many years ago when the technology was under develop but now and since Gasohol International Technology develop this cost effective technology to make Ethanol from the cellulose of the Napier Grass.

We have started a widely, extensive and aggressive campaign to put this technology in the market, so we are looking for entrepreneurs and people of vision whom would like to install a plant in their subtropical or tropical areas of the world.

Or an agent who will stand for us in the countries where this technology will become a hit in the near future and to develop for us a natural market for many years to come.

Gasohol International

Extensive and successful research and experimentation allowed the creation of Gasohol International and the develop of a technology to process the cellulose from the Napier Grass for the Hidrolization, fermentation and distillation of the Ethanol.

What is Gasohol?

Gasohol is:

Gasoline of Low Octane plus Ethanol

Equal

Gasoline of High Octane,

Environmental friendly, No contaminant.

Gasohol

An agricultural soil produce more Cellulose than glucose or starch, that is why we should NOT acquire Ethanol from Sugarcane or Corn:

Biomass Material GallonsEthanol / acres% *

Sugarcane 550 2. 20%

Corn 215 0. 95%

Napier Grass 2. 600 2. 85%

* The Stanford University Biomass assemment shows that Napier Grass has the highest efficiency conversion rate.

Effective Use of cultivating Areas

The cost of biomass sugarcane material is 69% more expensive per gallon than the one produce with Napier Grass. Without any doubt the inefficiency of using other harvest to produce Ethanol. Because, they are ineffective use of the soil, lack of productivity compare to Napier Grass and finally, the most important, high Cost.

GASOHOL TECHNOLOGY

ACID HYDROLYSIS

Dilute acid processes are conducted under high temperature and pressure, and have reaction times in the range of seconds or minutes, which facilitates continuous processing.

Using a dilute acid process with sulfuric acid in a continuous flow reactor at a residence time of few seconds and at high temperature with pure cellulose provided a yield over 46% of ethanol per ton of Napier Grass.

In our case, 1 ton of dry Napier Grass would yield, about 345 L (91 gallons) of pure ethanol. The combination of acid and high temperature and pressure dictate special reactor materials, which is the main technology of Gasohol International.

The biggest advantage of dilute acid processes is their fast rate of reaction, which facilitates continuous processing. For rapid continuous processes, in order to allow adequate acid penetration, Napier Grass must be reduced in size.

Ethanol-from-cellulose (EFC) holds great potential due to the widespread availability, abundance, and relatively low cost of cellulosic materials, like the Napier Grass and its productivity.
