Delivery condition : For exports we only deliver as per FOB terms.

Payment : Payment acceptable through confirmed irrevocable letter of credit (LC at sight as per FOB delivery) only from Prime European/American banks issued in favor of M/s. Ampro Impex as the first beneficiary or its authorized delivery partner.

Domestic Delivery : Ex-Storage/Ex-Mill delivery as per buyers comfort against 25% advance by Demand Draft/Wire Transfer and rest through stand by letter of credit.

Contract Signing : Before contract signing and stock verification buyer has to produce Bank Comfort letter as a proof of sincerity towards business along with an irrevocable Letter of Intent against our irrevocable Full Corporate Offer.
