Associated Coastal Ear, Nose & Throat Physicians PA has four, full-time board-certified physicians, 2 doctorate level audiologists and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in allergy. Our physicians and staff live in St. Lucie County and believe that providing comprehensive, compassionate care for families throughout the community is our top priority. We keep same day appointments available and have two full-service, centrally located offices in Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie.

In addition to treating disorders of the ear, nose, and throat, a large portion of Dr. Slack’s practice is devoted to cosmetic facial surgery.

Our physicians, Michele L. Richards, M.D., Christopher L. Slack, M.D., Jesse E Phillips, M.D. and Nicole Thompson, ARNP, are board certified. They have passed rigorous examinations in their specialty, under the auspice of the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Medical Examiners.

Office Policy

We schedule time just for you and your particular healthcare issue. You will receive a text message or phone call from an automated service, followed by phone call by a member of our team. If you are not able to make your appointment, please notify us at this time or call 24 hours in advance if you know you cannot make your appointment. Of course, life gets in the way, and we understand that appointments can not always be kept. However, if you fail to show up, you will be charged a $35.00 no show fee to be collected before we make you another appointment. We appreciate your understanding: 772-464-9595.

Office Hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment only, but usually same day appointments are available for emergencies. Our phones are answered by trained professionals during regular business hours. If by any chance we don’t answer your call on our office hours, we will call you back by the end of the day. After hours, answering service is available for urgent matters, but in case of an emergency, please call 911.

We accept Medicare and most insurance plans. Co-Pays and co-insurances are collected at time of service. For your convenience, we accept most credit cards, checks & cash.
