We are a Government inspected slaughter and meat processing plant. We bought the plant in May, 2010. We have many years of slaughtering and meat processing experience in beef, pigs, sheep, goats and are interested in doing bison too. We are looking for more custom slaughtering & meat processing. We well slaughtered steroid and growth hormone injection free beef, and veal by whole, halves, quarters and special cuts.
