We will be trying a selection of their ciders from the Pippins to the ever interesting Rumrunner, a hand-pressed cider that is aged in old bourbon barrels and slowly fermented with Champagne yeast. It goes without saying that this is one of the more interesting ciders being made in the provence. There will be some other goodies brought along, so if you don't know a lot about traditional cider, here is your chance to fill that void.
