From some hectares planted in 1973 on the village of Prehy, the domaine Jean-Marc Brocard extends today over all the appellations of Chablis. Today, he is assisted by his son Julien.

In the vineyard, Jean-Marc Brocard employs all his know-how to apply an ecological vine growing, on base of green manure and plants with defenders and fortifying virtues.

In cellar, it opted for a little interventionist wine making, associating the most modern techniques with the ancestral traditions, and it, to reveal all the authenticity of each of the multiple climates of Chablis.

It results pure and mineral wines, full of freshness.
