Brodflour was founded in 2017 with one simple goal: to give people the choice to enjoy bread again.

Good, fresh bread doesn't exist without good, fresh flour. So, to achieve our goal, we've changed the way flour is harvested, milled, and baked. At Brodflour, we work with the grain, rather than against it. We place fresh at the centre of everything we do, making sure each of our products is alive and packed with nutrients—from the farm, to the mill, to your mouth.
