Brook Venture Partners provides private equity financing to growth stage companies in the US. Our primary industry focus is the Information Technology and Medical Technology sectors, with initial investments typically under $10 million. We are currently investing from our second fund, Brook II, a $100 million Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC") and are actively managing our fully invested Brook Fund I portfolio as well as our co-investment limited partnerships through which we make both minority and full buy out private equity investments.
