In general, for most projects, this is how we work: We will carry out a no-fee, no-obligation initial site visit to find out what you want from your windows and doors. We can advise you as to whether you would benefit from specialist windows such as windows offering sound reduction or heat reduction or added security protection. We use our CAD design where necessary to design windows to fit your exact specifications. We will discuss with you your various glazing options and once you have decided upon a style we will go away and prepare our quotation for you. We offer two levels of service: Delivery only OR Delivery and installation

When you give us the go-ahead for your glazing project, we will order the windows you want from NorDan. We will then either arrange supply of your windows or supply and installation of your windows accordingly. One of our site managers will be on site throughout the installation and we visit every site in person to check that you, the customer, are happy with the windows. We can help you choose the right windows and doors for your property and use our Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to design the perfect windows and doors for you. If you need to borrow forklift trucks we can provide you with them with a qualified driver too. We can also provide you with Cherrypickers and scissor lifts with a qualified operator for aerial access. Plus we also provide you with window protection with translucent fire rated correx sheet and low tack tape for internal or external application.
