Only wild seafood is used for our smoked salmon (sockeye,king,pink), Indian Style smoked salmon candy, BBQ King Maple Nuggets, smoked salmon jerky (regular,peppered), various seafood pates (lobster, crab, smoked salmon, shrimp)and much more with no preservatives, additives,coloring agents and fillers of any kind. We are pioneers in Canada, first to produce Canadian food products for the tourist industry with 30 years of experience. Our products are all produced in a HAACP certified plant with a #1 QMP rating by the CFIA. The raw materials used are carefully selected and only premium #1 export grade salmon is used for our smoked salmon, jerky and pate programs. Since our main export markets are Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong, we have staff that can accomodate several languages such as Japanese, Chinese,and Taiwanese.
