The Chicago Steam is a premier semi-pro team, the reigning Midwest Regional Champions of the American Basketball Association for three consecutive years. We finished the 2010-11 season with a record of 26-4. In addition to the ABA, The Steam competes internationally, including in China. Our roster includes former NBA players, including former Houston Rocket Sam Mack and former L.A. Laker Rico Hill. Our headquarters is located in the Chicago Loop while our home games are played at both Fosco Park Community Center in Chicago, IL and South Suburban College in South Holland, IL.

The Steam's mission is to provide quality, affordable and family friendly basketball entertainment while giving back to the community and helping to get promising young men off the streets.
