Unlike some other companies, we do not have salesmen and therefore do not "pressure sell". We simply come to you, do a survey and then come back to you with our quotation. Once you have agreed for us to provide you with your new Windows, Doors and/or Conservatory, you have a 7 day "cooling off" period. If you change your mind as per our terms and conditions, and cancel the order within this time limit, you will receive your deposit back in full. You may of course opt out of this "cooling off" period if you require you Windows, Doors and/or Conservatory to be fitted quicker.

We are insured under the Plastics Window Federation Deposit Indemnity Scheme and provide an Insurance Backed 10 year Warranty on all your Windows and Doors, again through the Plastics Window Federation. We are also FENSA registered.
