Inspection: Sgs or equivalent at seller's cost at port of loading.

Delivery: First shipment to begin within 45 days after receipt payment stipulated by the contract. Following shipments every 30 days as per schedule agreed by the parties.

Payment-1: Advance payment by tranches in the amount of every 6 months shipment value against 1st class western bank guarantee for 100% + 6%(bgformat and bg issuing bank to be preliminary agreed/approved with/by buyer's bank).

Payment-2: Top-50 bank guarantee covering 6 month shipment value.

Procedures: After buyer's company letterhead loi is received signedsealed1. Seller issues to buyer signedsealed fco.

2. Buyer signs and seals with corporate stamp fco and returns with bank endorsed icpo or bcl(formatr40).

3. Seller issues a draft contract for buyer's approval.

4. Seller and buyer exchange final hard contract copies signedsealed, by courier.

5. Buyer's bank sends a proof of funds letter to seller's bank.

Seller s bank sends confirmation of readiness to issue bg along with proof of product.

Seller's and buyer's banks finalize the banking procedure.

6. Buyer and seller follow procedure stipulated by contract.
