The mission of the "Citizens for Highways and Infrastructure in Livingston Parish," is to help coordinate all Parish, State, Federal officials and the La. Dept. of Transportation to secure funding for new highway capacity and improvement projects for Livingston Parish. To promote smart growth and development, obtain new water systems, community sewer systems, recreational enhancements, continuing education facilities, medical facilities, structure a Master Plan and assist new business and development in locating in Livingston Parish. The

association is comprised of 150 plus

members and are some of the most

influential and active individuals in shaping

the future of livingston parish.
