It's all in the experimenting, deciphering what balance + radiant health feels like for you as an individual. There is no cookie cutter plan, or magical pill to living a healthy life. The health industry is overloaded with trends and fads (insert almost any synthetic multivitamin or fat loss supplement into this category), we want you to have clarity through all of that & get to the root of your struggle. Take a test run & think about it in terms of that when you feel good, you look good, you do good! It’s an incredible thing when you FEEL TURNED ON, inspired, awake and energized from how you treat your body, by how you eat, all the way to how you think. Take a moment to check in with a deep breathe in, and out. Now feel the breath move through your body + relax into this moment. Feel the state where you're currently at within your body. How are you feeling vs how would you like to feel? Maybe there is pain or maybe there is pleasure. Possibly you're feeling at the healthiest you’ve ever been. Take a moment to reflect on your previous state of health. Has it increased, decreased, remained relatively the same? What did you change vs not change? We can each learn so much within taking a moment to check in, to reflect & then ask “How can it get better than this?” Reflecting is an important key to growth, an essential key to a better future! If we could reflect far enough back into the lives of our ancestors we are sure we would find that they weren’t all that clueless.
