Hi! welcome! My name is Edoardo and this is my blog about coffee.

I am an Italian coffee lover that pushed for the love of this ” amazing drug” decided to come to London to study about coffee and its different extraction procedures and tastes.

After a really nice working experience in an Italian coffee reality in Shoreditch, I am currently working in a famous speciality coffee shop in Temple.

I will soon start different specialisation courses to become a better barista, to learn about new and old coffee methodologies and realities from all over the globe. In this blog i will review nice coffee shops, my experiences, my knowledge, different type of machines and courses, latte art and brewing coffee.
