We have been in the business of keeping people and property safer since 1980. Our President, Dan has approximately 14,000 inspections experience. Dan and his wife Teresa founded the Senior Home Safety Network which now has inspectors in over 50 cities. He has served on the ASHI National PR Committee for the last 7 years and served as Chairman for two years

Dan is author of over 250 published columns on home improvement issues.

He has been host of Home Improvement Radio and a television contributor on home improvement issues.

Dan has presented courses on Real Estate, Code Compliance, Environmental Issues, Marketing, Lead, Disaster Planning and many technical issues relevant to the home safety and inspection industry.
