Kirsty and Stuart have been running Discovery Photography for a good few years now, with the recent arrival of Leah-Heather their daughter completing the team along side Jace-James their son and Wilf and Luie the friendly

Jace and Leahdogs, all of which turn up to the studio every day. Leah is always up for a friendly smile to everyone who comes through the door, where as Jace will give you a cheeky smile while introducing wilf and Luie to you.

Stuart has had work published in various media such as The Financial Times, The daily Mail and The Telegraph to name a few, he has covered events for the North York Moors National park and Cineworld. These

days he has turned his passion towards wedding and portrait photography including teaching and inspiring various groups along the way. Starting out as a keen model, kirsty, was soon to hone her skills behind the camera and started covering weddings and portraits and now regularly shoots in the studio as she is ideal for the shy and and perhaps the female shoots. She is active behind the scenes too with her skills extending to the post-production and airbrushing of images, social media and generally keeping Stu in line.

The Studio

Our photography studio is based int he idyllic market town of Guisborough, North Yorkshire, its full equipped with lighting, changing facilities and plenty of props its large enough to cater for large family groups or children parties, it has a warm and friendly and intimate feel.

We aim for a relaxed but high quality professional service, making you feel more comfortable in front of the camera. We have a fully equipped studio on the high street but can work on location or even come to you.
