CBN is called cannabinol and is one of the more than 100 types of cannabinoids such as CBD and CBG. Like CBG, CBN can only be extracted from the total hemp by about 1%, so it is also called a rare cannabinoid. CBN is being studied as a therapeutic aid for various diseases such as pain relief and glaucoma, in addition to sleep aids such as insomnia.
