The two orchards combined have 7 varieties of apples producing around 300,000lbs every year. A small percentage goes to the cidery and the rest are sold privately. The market for apples has been going down drasticly over the last serveral years. Peaches along with a small amount of pears and plums were introduced into the orchard in order to diversify and add cash flow. All of the fruit grown on our farm is available in our on site store.
