We use Pareto Philosophy (80/20 Rules) to identify areas in a manufacturing process that are under performing. We develop proprietary DATAEngines to input their product specifications and parameters. We return to them options that detail cost/benefit scenarios for any and all engineering related process changes and upgrades.
