Background

Flyin Plastic Metal (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has been established by our managing director Mr. Wong Ngar Wun, with many years plastic manufacturing experience, since 1982. We are a Hong Kong based plastic mirror manufacturing company and growing up continuously in size and strength. Our products are selling to Europe, North South American and Far East markets.

We have moved our factory from Hong Kong to ShenZhen of Mainland China since 1990, and named Flyin Plastic Metal (ShenZhen) Co., Ltd., wholly owned by office is still located in Hong Kong responsible for the main management, customer service and support, while production plants are site in Shenzhen - China.

Structure

We design and build our factory according to our needs. Our factory comprises of four blocks with total floor area of about 40,000 square feet, and employs efficient team of labour force to the number over 120 workers. We use vertical integrated manufacturing system in which we are able to produce product from the very first stage, from mould making, glass making to the end of finish product. This provides consistent good quality of our product. We import many advanced production equipment, new production method and select the best quality of importing raw materials. Our products reach the advanced worldwide standard.

Products

The company's major production includes handbag mirrors, table mirrors, hair curler, comb brushes and letter openers. We have our moulding department; counter samples for customer's OEM products are always welcome. We also have our marketing department to continuously design new fashion products. This makes us not merely one of the OEM manufacturer among the industry but also distinctly different from other competitors. Our customers can always be sure that our products are elegant and in-the-fashion

Production quality is controlled by our inspection team in all level of production line. Our quality objective is to produce products according to customer's requirement. Our mission is provides excellent quality with reasonable price and ensuring every single customer's satisfaction.

With all the hard work since March 2003, we finally passed the ISO 9001: 2000 Certification Audit carried by SGS on 18 July 2003.
