FNI BIOFUEL SDN BHD (FNI) is a Joint Venture between FELDA PALM INDUSTRIES SDN BHD and ITOCHU Corporation.

Principal purposes of FNI are to develop, construct, operate and maintain one or more EFB biomass fuel manufacturing plant, produce biomass fuel in the form of pellet and/or briquette from palm oil empty fruit bunches and market, sell and distribute such biomass fuel.
