-Restore and develop the former SVRR rail assets from Folsom towards Placerville for multipurpose rail use (Excursion Rail, trolley, & shuttle rail services).

-Develop the SVRR into a quality destination attraction.

-Promote public education through SVRR docent programs and interpretive displays on the Folsom Railroad Block.

-Provide community support for public events.

-Contribute materially to the quality of life and economic growth in Sacramento and El Dorado communities along the SVRR.

-Pursue constructive affiliations with all public and private interests in Sacramento and El Dorado County communities.
