The Committee raises and spends funds to support the political and official activities of Senator Thomas W. Libous of Binghamton.

He represents the voters of Broome, Tioga, and most of Chenango Counties in Upstate New York.

He serves as the Deputy Leader of the Republican Conference in the State Senate.
