Our company is a fourth generation family owned woodturning business. Founded in 1878, we have always produced quality custom made wood columns, posts, turnings and balusters for the historic or contemporary home. We use 5 different kind of lathes up to a length of 12 feet long and faceplate diameter of 5 feet.

We have been privileged to produce fine columns for well known people as Mike Ditka, John and Joan Cusak, and Michael Jordan. There are columns of ours in many area venues including Drury Lane in Oakbrook and the ballroom in the Donald Stevens Convention Center.
