Our sausage is made weekly in the store supervised by a GA Department of Agriculture inspector. Our products can be shipped directly to you if you cannot stop by and pick up your favorite item. We offer fresh and smoke sausage in the following varieties: mild, hot, and jalapeno and cheese. It also comes in breakfast link, link or loose ground (pan/patty).
We also have bacon, ribs, pork chops, ribeye steaks, and fresh ground hamburger. Souse (hoghead cheese) is made fresh each week. A variety of syrups and jellies can also be found as well as sauces and rubs to season your meat purchases.
Old fashioned hoop cheese and cracklins are also a favorite of our customers. Check out our website, stop by or give us a call.
Gilliard's store opened in 1945 and began a tradition that continues today, sausage making. The fourth generation is currently being trained to carry on the tradition which began 66 years ago.
