The 'Greenshave Garden Services' seed was sown in 1991, as a motionless mower was drafted to deal with domestic lawns around Swindon, hence the name 'Green-shave'. Initially a one man operation, Greenshave's reputation for quality sprouted many requests for tree work, fencing and landscape gardening. And so with help from local suppliers projects grew grander and more ambitious. In 1996 the 'Garden' was pruned from the title and GS became the basis for our logo. Robert was grafted into the business full time in1998 to replace his father as the main arborist (tree surgeon). Helping to make tree surgery a large branch of the business today. Heather became the blossom of the bunch in 2002, and she now nurtures a number of small gardens around the Swindon area.
