At room temperature, it is in the form of a yellow to orange viscous liquid or pastes at room temperature. Polyoxyethylene 20 sorbitan monopalmitate is an O/W emulsifier with an HLB value of 15.6. It is soluble in water, ethanol, ethyl acetate, and toluene.


