   SupplyAutonomy uses a different approach then most search engines, by systematically organizing Companies’ content (Company Profile) into business and industry categories in 55 languages. This makes finding Companies (Producers, Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers and Service providers) easier and most importantly faster. Once members’ Company Profiles are found, visitors or other members can send a request for more information or quotes to any member. There is no limit to the number of member searches or the numbers of requests members can send.

3. Who can use SupplyAutonomy?

   Both members and visitors can benefit from using SupplyAutonomy.

We continue to improve, update, and add new features to our SupplyAutonomy platform, but all existing and even the new features will always be free.

6. If Company Profile and all the features are free, how does SupplyAutonomy make money?

   From the beginning, our vision was to build SupplyAutonomy with FREE business features for our members and visitors. 2. How do I search more effectively?

   You can search using our search bar; browse by categories, or use our advanced search.

3. How do I search locally?

   When you open your browser and begin to search, you will automatically receive a list of local companies according to your location (by your computer’s IP number).

4. How do I search globally?

   Click on Region button, and select a: continent, region, country and/or city.

5. Are there any search limits? How many listings do I get?

   There are no search limits. You can browse through and contact an unlimited number of our members.

6. I like a product I found on SupplyAutonomy and I want to buy it. How do I contact the company for more information?

   You can contact the company directly through their Company Profile. Companies that took advantage of the free checkout feature for their Company Profile page will not only provide the convenience of previewing their products, but also purchasing them directly from their profile page.

7. I don't have a business. Can I still contact and buy from companies in SupplyAutonomy?

   Yes, you can contact unlimited number of companies directly through their Company Profiles. SupplyAutonomy is not only a B2B (business) site, it’s also set up to attract millions of consumers (B2C). Everybody is welcome to search, browse, and contact members whether you are an individual or a business owner.

5. Will my Company Profile always be free? Are there sign-up fees or any other hidden fees we should know about?

   Yes, your Company Profile will always be free and there are no sign-up or any other hidden fees.

6. If the Company Profiles are free, are there any requirements and obligations for members?

   It is very important for our members and for SupplyAutonomy to keep all the business information displayed current and relevant, so there are a few requirements:

   • Members are responsible for creating, updating and modifying their own Company Profiles.
   • Profiles are to contain only accurate, consistent and up-to-date information.
   • Members are required to update Company Profiles every (3) three months.

7. On which SupplyAutonomy search result page will my Company Profile appear?

   Your Company Profile listing, in the search results page in SupplyAutonomy, is determined by a number of factors including:

   • Your category selection.
   • Completeness of your Company Profile and quality of your business information (such as logo, detailed description, pictures, videos, contact information, etc.)
   • How often you update your content in your Company Profile. Frequent updates will help to keep your business higher in the listings.
8. Will my Company Profile be found only in SupplyAutonomy, or everywhere on the Internet?

12. We are just starting a new business, and we already have our unique company domain, but we don’t have a website. Can we use our own domain name for the Company Profile?

    Yes, you can. If you already have a domain name you want to use for your Company Profile, just redirect it to your SupplyAutonomy domain name (http://supplyautonomy.com/yourcompany.ca).

13. Why do I need to put my Company Profile under industrial or business categories?

    Research shows that 95% of Internet Users (your potential clients, customers) search for specific products and services and the remaining 5% search for a company name. To increase the probability that your company is found on the internet it is recommended that it be listed under the appropriate industrial or business categories.

14. I can't find the appropriate category for my business, what do I do?

    First, ensure you have browsed through all the available categories. If you can't find a category that is relevant to your business, please continue reading.

    
    

    SupplyAutonomySupplyAutonomy boasts over 100,000 categories, which cover a whole spectrum of industries and which were created according to official industry standards. However, new kinds of products come into existence every day, and new corresponding categories will need to be created and translated.

15. Is there a limit to how many categories our business can be registered under?

    You can register your Company Profile in as many relevant categories, appropriate for your business, without paying any fee.

16. Are you going to bombard our Company Profile with ads like profile pages on Facebook, Linkedin and other social networks?
