Hilltop's mission statement is "leading through action to make a difference for people of all ages." Our 24 community based programs span prenatal care to assisted living for seniors, while providing comprehensive, compassionate, and responsive service to all. Hilltop serves thousands of people annually in Mesa, Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties. Our mission is reflective of what we strive to accomplish each day and our values guide our day-to-day decisions.
