The items we sell come from a national electronics retailer. However, the vast majority of the items are either open box new items that have been tested. This means the consumer purchased the item, left the store, and for whatever reason decided to return it for a refund. Most of the items we receive are in perfect working condition, and were returned simply because the consumer changed their mind. If there are components missing, such as batteries, or power cords etc, we will describe this to you in detail. 99% of our items are tested before leaving for shipment but if for some reason your item doesn't work then contact me immediately and we will send you out a new item.
