Industrial Product Design: Based on current market information, we constantly look for innovative solutions for existing products, improve the mechanism and simplify the manufacturing process. Our engineers will design industrial products based on markets' needs.

Prototype: Developing prototype to ensure the engineering design works well. We use following methods to develop our prototype:

Stereo lithography (SLA), selective laser sintering (SLS), fused deposition modeling (FDM), urethane casting, CNC machining and metal stamping.

Prototype Testing: We will analyze the prototype for prediction of performance before actual tooling begins.

Manufacturing: Appropriate selection of manufacturing methods/processes for each production. This will ensure the cost effectiveness, quality, and production efficiency of the new product.
