Impulse Pole Dance & Exotic Fitness is proud to offer safe and fun workouts for the everyday woman! We teach small group classes in our private studio space to ensure comfort and one on one attention. The class environment is professional and supportive, celebrating everyone's sexy side through Pole Dance Fitness!

In addition to classes we also host Pole Dance Parties. This is a great way to celebrate birthdays, bachelorettes, girl's nights out and more. Our parties can be held at the studio or on site and are very reasonably priced.

We challenge anyone who thinks Pole Dance is not a workout to come and try it to see for themselves. Pole Dance is strength training at it's sexiest!

Our owner has her Masters Degree in Public Administration from USF (Tampa) and has a technical dance background. Most of our instructors are either college grads or on their way!
