IIDEA was established in 1996 by Mr. Alvaro Cetto Garrollo. Initially our activities were concentrated on the production of: Organic Agave Syrup, Organic Inulin and Organic Tequila, but throughout the years we have successfully entered the international market. Currently we export nearly 90% of our products to about 21 countries. Our commitment to excellence has made us the proud holders of many of the most important quality and organic food certifications around the world.
