DOORS ;

• Inova Yapi one leaf sliding are formed with PVC coated steel sheets either front and back , imported which are chromium-plated( inox), are painted galvanized in accordance with the requests of clients.

•The sliding door can be manufactured from 0,40 mm tickness to 3mm .

•The sliding door can be manufactured 4-6-8-10-12 cm tickness and 4m*4m dimensions.

•Sliding doors are covered with aluminum protective frames with heat bridge.

•The door is produced with 100% polyurethane filling.

•Door is produced by the injection of 42 density polyurethane insulation material, as 42 kg/m3 to all points of door.

•The Soft rubbers make insulation % 100 this rubber is EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer).these rubbers are mounted on the door.

• Upper wheels which Sliding Door provide to open and close the door easily owing to right and left eccentric system Door goes down at the closing point with eccentric seat system providing a full closure owing to upper rail internal mechanism. This system provides easy opening and closing for doors and at the same time prevents abrasion of gaskets.

•This is the first time in the world the upper rail produce reverse system unlike usual upper rail by inova. according to occupational safety law; this system prevents the people working accident because the door is never fall over the people.

•The Sliding Door has specially designed exterior handle to hold and to open easily and also interior luminous door handle which can be seen even in darkness.

•The sliding door which will work at -C units doesnt need extra material. These resistors are manufactured to use directly 220 W electricity in cities without using any other material.

•The resistance cable located in the channel near the gasket in the aluminium frame on the leaf of the door.The resistance can be easly changable.

FRAME ;

•Door frame is imported with European norms and designed with 100% German technology for -°C Sliding Doors. This door case is designed with eloxal aluminium raw material and heat bridge which avoids icing around the door owing to its feature of zero conductivity.

•Cold room door frame is so strong that can be applicable screw buldeks and bolts are applied easily on the surface.

•The interior of door case is filled with polyurethane to create maximum insulation.

•Frame is manufactured by injecting 42 density polyurethane to all points.

•There is a channel on which you can put L shape part in unit to equalize wall thickness and door thickness.

•We improved a special system for your requirements. our products can be applied from 5 cm tickness to no limit tickness of walls.

•The door frame which works +C positive turns -C negative due to heat bridge in future.
