Joseph LaRocco is a Managing Director of Equity Partners Fund SPC is a segregated portfolio company established under the law of the Cayman islands. It focuses on the use of the equity line funding structure to assist public companies with their funding needs. Companies draw down funding based on a price and volume formula with a small discount off the lowest volume weighted average price (VWAP) during a set pricing period.

Joseph LaRocco has advised corporate clients and investors on numerous transactions including the structuring of private and public investment transactions, equity line facility funding, mergers/acquisitions, drafting financing documents and negotiating with potential investors. Mr. LaRocco is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law and Pace University.
