In 1985, KAIDA was founded in China.

In 1986, we started to produce and sell the copper wire according to Chinese industry standard.

In 1987, we started to produce the copper wire according to Chinese military standard and sold our production to Chinese military customer.

In 1990, we have been one of the main suppliers of Chinese military customer. Also we started to research and produce the planetary gearbox via share holding of one factory located in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province.

In 1992, our company name was changed to Kaida Holding Limited. We started to produce connectors via merger and acquisition of one factory located at Taixing, Jiangsu Province. Also we changed the name of factory to KAIDA.

In 1995, we started to come into the construction field via share holding of Tianyu company located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

By the end of 2011, KAIDA had developed 43 affiliated manufacturers involving in many fields including construction, machine, chemical, electron and energy, etc. In China, KAIDA, including our affiliated entities, employs more than 18,000 people in 15 cities. We have serviced for more than 1,000 customers around the world including GE, Sony, Singapore Gov, Samsung, BMW and Apple, etc.
