Kanco was incorporated on 4th October, 1991 with its registration as a company with limited liability and as part of its expansion plans, in 1998 it made a foray into manufacture of Tea and Textile products. Kanco has Mackeypore Lakmijan Tea Estate in the State of Assam and Textile Unit known as Kanco Overseas situated in the State of Gujarat.

Promoted by Mr U Kanoria, Kanco is managed by a Board of Directors comprising eminent enterpreneurs / professionals and the day to day affairs of the Company are looked after by Mr U Kanoria, Chairman Managing Director assisted by a team of professionals.
