Product warranty and maintenance services:

Anyone who purchases electronic products such as K-clean disinfection diffusers and sprayers from K-clean official website can enjoy warranty service.

The maintenance period of the electronic product in this package is 1 year (calculated from the date of purchase on the sales receipt).

If some of the electronic products are found to have factory defects after purchase, customer can contact us within 7 days of the date customer receive the product. Once the problem is confirmed to exist and meet the Repair and Maintenance Terms and Conditions (2), it will be arranged to replace the same model of goods for the customer.

If there is any non-human damage to the product after 7 days to the end of the warranty period, the customer should contact K-clean's customer service hotline 66188008 to make an appointment, and bring along the electronic product and sales receipt to the Company for free inspection and repair. K-clean is unable to provide maintenance and repair services for customers and related products without official purchase records.

The replaced/repaired product is granted to have the remaining warranty period calculated from the date of purchase, but will not be extended the additional warranty period.
