Kedr RVS-Plus is a Ukrainian coal mine construction company. It was established in 1991.

The core business of the company is the construction, installation and reconstruction of coal mines and coal companies (repair and reinforcement of lining vertical shafts, installation of pipelines, fixing underground mines and other activities).

The main clients of the company are State-Owned Enterprise "Luganskvigillya" and Joint-stock company "Krasnodonvugillya".
