During the initial conceptual design of a new appliance the team of product designers at DECON guide themselves by four key concepts that must be adhered to with all our products: Reliability, Performance, Function, Comfort, Durability and Style. During the development of DECON product, many prototypes are created and destroyed, for every model that is accepted into the DECON range, it has most likely had several prototypes made beforehand. Once created it is placed into selected working places where feedback is given to the team on its performance and functionality and only after constant refinement, stress testing and of course, safety testing will it carry the DECON brand and be made available to our customers.
