I am looking for crude oil end users possibly a refinery agent. The crude oil type is Nigeria bonny light. We can provide two million barrels per month for the poeriod twelve month with possible extention, on ttt, FOB, and clf. Shipment is from bonny Ocean terminal Nigeria.

2. Evidence of mandate from end user- reinery
