Vinification Crush and destalk, 16 days fermentation at 22 to 28 deg C
Maturation After malolactic fermentation, wine is racked into barrels for 12 months. A blend of 3rd and 4th fill barrels are used
Winemakers comments:
Fruit driven Cabernet Sauvignon, with a dark intense colour. Blackcurrant, Cherry tobacco and Dark Chocolate on the nose. The wine has good concentration And soft dry tannins, complimented by well integrated wood flavours.

Vinification Crush and destalk, 12 days fermentation at 22 to 28 deg.C
Maturation After malolactic fermentation a portion (approx. 50%) of the wine is racked into barrels for 7 months while the balance is transferred into stainless tanks to which staves are added. A blend of 3rd and 4th fill barrels are used
Winemakers comments:
A soft, fruity wine with delicate ripe plum and mulberry
flavours both on the nose and palate. With the subtle use of oak, this wine has a wonderfully appealing balance between fruit and wood for easy drinking.

Maturation After malolactic fermentation, wine is racked into barrels and stainless steel tanks with French Oak staves for 4 months. A combination of 3rd and 4th fill barrels are used
Winemakers comments:
This wine is another example of this fine varietal with a
somewhat dry finish. A medium bodied wine displaying wild berries, and ripe plums on the nose. With a little time, it will develop into a lovely Global Wine Shiraz with opulent fruit and an integrated wood structure.

Winemakers comments:
Fresh, but ripe fruit dominates this typical Global Pinotage. Stone cherries and wild black berries play on the palate for an elegant, yet juicy mouth feel and the wine finishes with soft dry tannins.
