Leadership Long Beach is now acknowledged as one of the most prominent community leadership organizations in the Western United States. The LLB programs are renowned for encouraging people of diverse interests and backgrounds to become effective community leaders; focusing on the personal growth of the participants while educating them about the unique concerns of the Long Beach area, one of the most diverse communities in the nation.
